Executive Chef

My name is Chef Chan and I am the proud owner and chef of Kapakahi Grindz. Inspired by childhood memories of my mother's cooking, I've turned my lifelong passion for food into Kapakahi Grindz. My diverse background includes stints as an MMA fighter, Alaskan wildland firefighter, and union worker. Now, I'm living my dream, creating delicious dishes and bringing joy through food every day.
